You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

• in the event that the product has been used

• to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you (includes any item that have been resized, engraved, altered, embroided or damaged in any way). We will not refund in cases of spelling errors made by you.
  

To return goods you must contact us by writing first and wait confirmation before sending the goods back to us.

When returning a product, the package must be insured. The insurance, shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All products must be sent using a service that provides a means of tracking the package (special delivery). Ammolite UK LLP are not responsible for any returning items lost or damaged in the post.

A refund will be issued within 15 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
