Personalised items

Standard delivery : We offer free delivery to the UK for all our personalised items.
Please allow  5 - 9 working days for the delivery. Personalised items are sent separately if purchased with other items.

Fast Track delivery : You can select this option (on the product page) if you would like to receive your goods faster.
Next day delivery is available if ordered before 11:00. Orders containing ceramics, candles and decorated glass are not eligible for next day delivery but will be marked as express delivery (72 Hours). Please note that if you order on a Friday before 11:00 you will receive the item on the following Monday.

Other items

Standard delivery : We offer free delivery to the UK, orders over £40.00 will require a signature.
All the orders will be shipped with Royal Mail, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the efficiency of the post office, but in general they prove very reliable.

Exchange Rate - Using the Currency converter

All our price are in pound sterling, if you are purchasing in another currency charges may vary according to your bank and country. Your card payment will be processed in GBP Sterling and your receipt will show GBP Sterling prices.  Please note that any refund will be made in GBP and your card issuer will refund you using the Exchange Rate that is in use for that day and this could be different to the original rate you was charged when making your payment. Your card issuer may also levy a currency conversion charge and/or a transaction fee, and this may not be reversed in the event of any refund or order cancellation. This means that your refund could be slightly more or less than you have originally paid and we will not be responsible for this difference.

All our prices include VAT ( value added tax) at 15%. Any orders placed from outside the EU  WILL NOT PAY the VAT and will have 15% reduction on the final invoice (the reduction will be seen at checkout) .

Delivery Information - General Policy

My Gift World (trading as Ammolite UK LLP) will endeavour to send all ordered items (before 16:00) the next working day once full payment has been received and cleared. Orders are sent via Royal Mail (special delivery or International Signed For) and will require a signature. The person who placed the order may or may not sign for it (for example when delivered to a work address), however this will still constitute a completed delivery.

If you choose to have your items sent by Standard delivery (not insured) Ammolite UK LLP is not responsible or liable for any items which are lost or damaged in the post. We recommend choosing to have your items delivered via special delivery or International Signed For as this is a fully insured , traceable service and the quickest way to receive your items.
