How can I pay for my order?

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order. You can pay online by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch and Maestro or payments can be made by cheque (UK only). You can also pay with Paypal.

To pay by cheque go through the normal checkout and select the "cheque" payment option,  write your cheque to : Ammolite UK LLP  and send it to the following address with details of your order.

What are your delivery charges?

How quickly can I expect my goods to be delivered?

Orders made before 16:00 will be sent on the next working day (exclude personalised items which takes longer and payment by cheque will have to clear before we can send your order).Working days are from Monday to Friday.

UK : If you select standard shipping you should receive your order between 2-5 days working days after despatch. If you select special delivery you should receive your order 1 working day after despatch.
Personalised items : can take up to 5-9 workings days.

EU: If you select airmail or signed for you should receive your order between 3-5 working days after despatch.
Personalised items : can take up to 12 workings days.

Overseas: If you select airmail or signed for you should receive your order between 5-15 working days after despatch.
Personalised items : can take up to 20 workings days.

Do you have a shop?

No. We are a web-based company, which allows us to minimise our overheads and keep our prices as low as we possibly can.

What are the loyalty points?

For every £1 you spend will earn 1 loyalty points. These points can then be redeemed against your next order, or saved up for the future. You can see how many points you have been awarded when you checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email, and you can check your total number of points and their value at any time by logging in to your account and clicking "Order Information".
To redeem points, log in to your account before you checkout, and then tick the "Use Points" box in your checkout basket, and the points will be automatically allocated to the order. Our loyalty points are valid for 8 months and cannot be exchange for cash. Loyalty points are not awarded on the delivery charge.
